The Club at Hammock Beach is the ideal, year-round retreat for the entire family in a private, fun-filled setting without the crowds.

  • Water Pavilion
    • Float down the lazy river, ride our twisting water slide or build a poolside sandcastle; all with full food and beverage service, colorful tropical landscaping, and both sunny and shaded lounge areas. There is truly something for the entire family. With separate upper and lower level pools, an adult experience pool, a swimming pool sized spa, a zero-entry beach pool, beach volleyball, poolside bar and more. Make a splash daily from 8am to dusk.

      The Lazy River is a meandering 1/8 mile current pool with two spray bars and three cane sprays and River Float tubes, this pool is not heated.

      The Children’s Pool features a three story water slide for single riders 48 inches or taller, a zero entry, two water falls and is heated year round to 84 degrees. The slide opens at 10 am and will close ½ hour before dusk. There are a set of bathrooms located on the east side of the complex and a shower on the west side.

      The U shaped pool on the upper deck is an adult oriented pool and while children are allowed we ask that families with children in diapers refrain from using this pool. There is no ball throwing or horseplay allowed insuring a more tranquil experience for everyone. This pool is heated year round to 84 degrees and hosts our Aquatic Aerobics programming when air temperatures allow. There are two showers located adjacent to the steps on the east and west sides of the pool.

      The Group Spa is a 32 person whirlpool Spa that is heated to 104 degrees it is strongly suggested that children under 12 or pregnant women should not use this pool without consulting a physician. All bathers should limit their time to 15 minutes to avoid heat stroke or drowsiness. The controls for the jets are mounted on the fence on the east side of the pool. A shower is located a few chairs north of the controls.

      The Lagoon Pool (Sandy Beach pool) features a sand beach front with a zero entry and a Palm Tree Island. This pool is not heated. Beach Toys are provided and there are foot showers located at each set of steps to allow you to rinse sand off before proceeding to other parts of the complex. There is a restroom pavilion located on the north end of the pool with a Sand Beach Volley ball Court just north of the restrooms. There is a full shower located on the north side of the restrooms. Our three Cabanas are also located around this pool and can be rented daily.

      Members can experience the Water Pavilion from their exclusive, private chaise lounge Member section, with a view of the Atlantic and conveniently located adjacent to the Ocean Bar with poolside Food and Beverage service!

      *The height requirement for the main slide is 48" to ride. The slide is single slider only on bottom or back

      The Fire Pit is on the east side of the complex with views of the 18th hole of the Ocean Course and the Atlantic. There are 32 seats adjacent
  • Indoor Pool
    • Adjacent to the water park entrance Members discover the indoor pool complex. This pool has two lap lanes that are 45 ft long and is our deepest pool at 5.5 ft at its deepest making it ideal for Aqua aerobics. The free form area on the north end of the pool is 3.5 ft deep with three sets of stairs on the north, west and east ends of the pool.  Just off the Indoor pools' south end you can relax in one of two spas in the Spa Garden which are heated year round to 104 degrees.  Adjacent to the Spa Garden, you can play a few sets of classic table tennis then challenge a friend to some fun foosball.  Our indoor pool complex has a little bit of everything, is heated year round to 84 degrees and is open daily from 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

  • Beach
    • Allow us to offer the ultimate pool… the Atlantic Ocean. Relax on our unique pink shell beach or catch a wave. Either way, you'll be sittin' on top of the world in your Members Only section! Towels and chairs are provided, so grab your favorite beach book, slather on some sunscreen and chill out!
  • Additional Pools
    • The Lodge pool features a zero entry, beautiful views of the Atlantic and very close proximity to the Beach. There are Men’s and Women’s dressing areas on the west side of the pool deck with showers, towels and amenities. Food and Beverage service on this deck begins on the Memorial Holiday weekend and ends on Labor Day weekend and at times may include entertainment. You may find that the Lodge Pool will also be reserved from time to time for private functions. This pool is not heated.

      The South Tower Pool is located on the lobby level and has beautiful views of the Ocean Course, Lodge and the Atlantic. This heated pool has 65 ft lap lanes on the south side as well as a free form area near the stairs. This pool is perfect for adults looking for a quieter option from the Water Pavilion complex, with seating on the pool deck proper. At times there may be food and beverage offerings as well as private functions scheduled for this pool. Restrooms are located on the west side of the deck. While children are welcome they do not tend to stay long as the Water Pavilion complex offer so much more entertainment.

      The Pool at Yacht Harbor Village offers a very tranquil but active view of the Intracoastal water way. The pool is heated and has a beautiful fossilized deck and elevated seating areas with artificial turf. There is a Spa on the north end of the pool that is heated to 104 degrees and the pool itself is heated. The lobby also features a dressing area with showers. Please follow all dress code instructions when entering the lobby. Beach Towels are provided on the pool deck and are intended for use on the deck itself.

      The Pool at Conservatory has a gorgeous view of the 18th green and first and tenth tees. It has four dolphin spray features one in each corner and has ample seating around the elevated deck. There are day locker areas on the ground floor of the Clubhouse for Beach Club members with restrooms, lockers and vanities. Beach Towels are provided on the Pool deck and intended for use on the deck itself. Members can order food from the concession area adjacent to the Driving Range. This pool is not heated.

      Whether you are at The Lodge, the South Tower Pool, Yacht Harbor Village™, Conservatory or any other outer core complex accommodation, there's always a pool nearby. So get out, get in and splash around!

      On the day of your programs, please be certain to arrive on property a full 30 minutes before your programs are scheduled to begin. That leaves enough time to check in, fill out waivers, etc. Everyone in a program must have a waiver signed before participating. All minors must have their waivers signed by a parent or guardian. If there are any minors scheduled to arrive without their parents, Joan Whittemore-jwhittemore@georgiaaquarium.org- can provide a copy of the waiver to be completed and signed and then simply brought with you on the day of the programs.

      Lots of professional pictures will be taken of everyone in programs which you may wish to purchase on your way out.

      If participating in the Discover Dolphins or Immersion programs, please bring your bathing suits and towels.
