Hammock Massage
Our therapists have collaborated to create our own signature massage blending elements of Lomi Lomi, hot stone, aromatherapy and Swedish massage to conjure up images of relaxing in a hammock on a secluded beach with nothing but warm breezes and tropical scents to occupy your mind. After your massage, you will be invited to relax in a hammock outside the treatment room in a private cabana.

La Florida Poutice Massage
Turning back the pages of our history, we discovered what the first people of Florida have known for centuries – the power of plants used in a poultice. To that end, we created “La Florida Poultice,” a delicious blend of organic lavender, ginger, orange peel and white cinnamon combined in a malleable unbleached muslin. Heated to a maximum temperature of 120 degrees, our poultice contains indigenous organic products and is made in the USA. Our therapists will use the poultice like a hot stone to increase circulation and loosen tight muscles.
