Marineland
Meet dolphins, sea lions and other sea life in their natural habitat at the world's oldest marine attraction, just north of the Resort.
Historic St. Augustine
Take a horse-drawn carriage ride through Historic St. Augustine, known as the oldest permanently settled European city in the country dating back to 1565. Enjoy Spanish Renaissance architecture and landmarks such as the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Fort Matanzas, Castillo de San Marcos and the Fountain of Youth. Ponce de Leon discovered the legendary Fountain of Youth in 1513; today, you can sample the spring waters fabled to have mystical powers. With art galleries and shops, St. Augustine is a must-see.
Daytona Beach
Just a short drive south is Daytona Beach, home of the Daytona International Speedway and the world-famous Daytona 500.
Kennedy Space Center
Visit the only place on the planet where you can tour launch areas, train in spaceflight simulators, and even view blastoffs at NASA's launch headquarters.
Spring Training
See the Minor and Major League baseball teams at spring training in Florida! Daytona features the Chicago Cubs; Vero features the L.A. Dodgers; and Orlando hosts the Houston Astros and Atlanta Braves during our balmy winter season.
