Ginn Property Management provides homeowner association and condominium association management for all Ginn Company Resorts, Clubs, and Communities.
Ginn Property Management fulfills a number of duties including, but not limited to:
- Accounting, data, and records maintenance services
- Coordination of board and member meetings in accordance with state law
- Development and enforcement of community rules and regulations.
- Bidding and procurement of insurance coverage
- Assessment of community maintenance and service needs
- Development and implementation of daily operating policies and procedures
- Monitoring of the general operation of the community
