On the day of your programs, please be certain to arrive on property a full 60 minutes before your programs are scheduled to begin. That leaves enough time to check in, fill out waivers, etc. Everyone in a program must have a waiver signed before participating. All minors must have their waivers signed by a parent or guardian. If there are any minors scheduled to arrive without their parents, Darrel Austin - email@example.com - can provide a copy of the waiver to be completed and signed and then simply brought with you on the day of the programs.
Lots of professional pictures will be taken of everyone in programs which you may wish to purchase after your program.
If you are booking a dolphin interactions, please note that we will ask all participants to remove any loose items, this includes all jewelry prior to meeting the dolphins. It is highly recommended to leave jewelry back at your room to avoid accidently misplacing it during your visit. If you are participating in the Swim Adventure or Dolphin Encounter programs, please bring your bathing suits and towels. It is recommended to come with your bathing suit on, however, locker rooms are available for your use to change before and after your program as well as secure any belongings while you are in the water.
